TradersSignalHub Ltd. is committed to making TradersSignalHub usable for people of all abilities, in line with WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines.
011. Standards we follow
We aim to meet or exceed Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Our interface uses semantic HTML, sufficient colour contrast, keyboard-friendly controls, and screen-reader labels.
022. Charts and trading tools
Our charting and signal tools are built with keyboard navigation support. If you encounter any component that is not accessible via keyboard or screen reader, please contact support so we can prioritise a fix.
033. Ongoing improvements
Accessibility is reviewed in every release. We audit new UI against WCAG checks before it ships, and we incorporate feedback from users who rely on assistive technology.
044. Reporting a barrier
If you encounter a barrier on TradersSignalHub, please email accessibility@traderssignalhub.com. We commit to responding within two business days and resolving confirmed issues as quickly as possible.
