Risk Disclosure

Last updated June 1, 2026

This Risk Disclosure explains the significant risks associated with trading foreign exchange (forex), contracts for difference (CFDs), commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies. It applies to all users of TradersSignalHub. Please read it carefully. If you do not fully understand these risks, you should seek independent advice from a qualified financial adviser before trading.

011. Signals Are Not Financial Advice

All signals, analysis notes, AI-generated outputs, market data, and educational content on TradersSignalHub are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, nor a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. TradersSignalHub Ltd. is not a licensed broker, investment adviser, or financial institution. You are solely responsible for every trading decision you make.

022. High Risk of Loss

Trading forex, CFDs, commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose, and you should never fund trading with money required for essential living expenses, debts, or emergencies.

033. Leverage Amplifies Losses

Many forex and CFD products are traded on margin using leverage. While leverage can magnify profits, it magnifies losses to the same degree, and losses can exceed your initial deposit with some products and brokers. A relatively small movement in the market can result in a proportionately much larger movement in the value of your position.

044. Past Performance Is Not a Guarantee

The performance history, win rates, and trust grades shown for signal providers reflect past results only. Past performance is not indicative of, and provides no guarantee of, future results. Market conditions change, and a provider who performed well historically may perform poorly in the future. Trust grades are automated summaries of historical data and must not be relied upon as a prediction of future outcomes.

055. Independent Providers

Signal providers on TradersSignalHub are independent participants, not employees or agents of TradersSignalHub Ltd. The Company does not endorse, verify the qualifications of, or guarantee the conduct of any provider. While signals are timestamped and scored automatically to prevent tampering, the Company does not review individual signals for suitability and is not responsible for the trading decisions or outcomes of any provider.

066. Cryptocurrency-Specific Risks

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile, may trade 24/7, and can be subject to sudden and extreme price swings, low liquidity, exchange outages, and regulatory changes. Digital assets may lose value rapidly and, in some cases, become worthless. Regulatory treatment of cryptocurrencies varies by jurisdiction and may change without notice.

077. Market Data May Be Delayed or Inaccurate

Prices, charts, and economic calendar events on the Platform are sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. TradersSignalHub Ltd. does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data and is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on it.

088. Hypothetical and Simulated Results

Where any performance figures are described as hypothetical or simulated, you should be aware that such results have inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading and may not account for the impact of real market factors such as liquidity, slippage, and execution. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.

099. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for understanding the risks of the products you trade, for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction, and for selecting a broker appropriate to your needs. You should conduct your own due diligence, apply sound risk management, and consider seeking advice from an independent, licensed financial professional before trading.
